Welcome/Intro Call
No matter the size of the project, we want to make sure we are fully aligned and expectations are laid out! We will go over the plan, next steps, and just get to know each other!
Time Back in Your Day
We make sure to collect everything we can from you up front so that we can be as self-sufficient as possible. Silence is typically a good thing (in between check-ins) - it means we have what we need and understand your vision! That time you're not stressing, you can use to further grow your business or with family!

Our Non-Negotiables
Unbilled Late-Night Calls
By now, I'm sure you've realized we love our work, but we love our families just as much! Any additional unplanned work or calls will be billed accordingly.
Disrespect
See above under "Respect". We give it to you, and all we ask is for it in return.
Sundays
Ideally, we would spend every weekend hour with our family (or just relaxing), but the reality is that for some businesses, the show must go on. We get it, but we have to set some boundaries. Any Sunday call, email, text, etc. will be tended to the following day!
Short Notice
If there are urgent needs needed outside of the original agreement, we will consider them - and pricing - as needed. If for any reason you need to end our long-term agreements early, it must be provided in writing with a minimum of 60 days notice.
Seems Fair, Right?
We think so too! We try our best to be genuinely caring, helpful humans and simply ask that the favor is returned!
We obviously understand everyone has bad days - just work with us the best you can! If this doesn't seem realistic to you, no problem! We may not be a perfect match.
