How do you handle billing?
We will invoice you! We accept Stripe, PayPal, wire, check, Venmo. We are open to other options if needed. We can split payments into weekly, monthly, or bulk amounts depending on your needs and the scope of the project.
Are your prices negotiable?
In a perfect world, every project would fit into a nice, neat box. But, that wouldn't be the nature of this service. Prices are a guideline and there to make sure, upfront, that we are both at least on the same general page. That being said, we are always open to discussion!
How do you have time for many clients?
We carefully select who we work with and meticulously organize our calendars to allow for the hours to fit into our schedules. This is why it is important to us that we get the full scope of your needs upfront. It is also why it is typically in your best interest to book months vs. weeks, otherwise you are risking our availability!
Do you offer discounts?
Long-term clients obviously are essential to our sanity. It makes our lives a little easier, and the relationship a little stronger - and because of that, we are definitely willing to discount!
Do you provide custom packages?
Many of our virtual assistant clients need more than just one service! For those clients, we create a unique package encompassing all of their needs for a predictable rate! That means you could combine marketing, project management, social media management, data entry, and general admin duties all for one price! If you aren't seeing what you need, we are almost ALWAYS interested in making something work. Plus, we love to learn new things!
Where do you offer Virtual Assistant services?
While we are located in the Lehigh Valley (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), we service anywhere and everywhere! We have had clients in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Florida, California, Illinois, New York, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and more!
