Let’s Meet Everae-One
With over 15 years of friendship, we have been through it all together and would consider each other family at this point.
For years, we have watched each other flourish in our personal careers. But, like so many others climbing the corporate ladder, we saw too many hours being spent on processes that no one followed, meetings that could have been emails, calls after hours, and a general lack of humanity, though they claimed to be your "second family."
We decided we deserved better, so we came together to form Everae Virtual Solutions and combine our knowledge, skills, and ambition!

ONE MONTH TRIAL
Need a little more time to think about it? Not ready to jump in 100% yet? For one month, we offer a trial of our services, billed hourly, rather than a set price. If we are what you are looking for, you will then move to a custom package billed monthly.

CUSTOM PACKAGE
Looking for something more regular or predictable? Take your pick from our offered services and let us know how much (or how little*) you need us. We will get back to you with a customized package price, so we can leave the guess-work out of it!
*Custom packages are offered for 5 or more hours of work

FIXED PRICE PROJECT
Have a one-time project that you need to outsource? Let’s chat and assess the ins and outs of your needs. We will get to work scoping it out and get back to you with a customized one-time fixed fee.

01. MEET & GREET
Use the meeting link to schedule a time for us to get together and chat about your needs! We will review and get back to you with a final proposal.

02. CONTRACT & HOUSEKEEPING
Once we've aligned on the scope, deliverables, and costs, we will send a contract outlining the agreement and set up payment options.

03. PASS OFF
After the housekeeping is squared away, we will ask you to dig deep to gather ALL necessary assets and get them to us. This will eliminate the back and forth down the line.

04. SIT BACK & RELAX
We will get to work! You can shift your focus to other pressing items and let us take it from here. You will hear from us periodically for status updates, questions, feedback, and of course during our weekly check-ins. However, we try to keep the distractions to a minimum.
